Please note we cannot accept returns on xxxxx and sale items.

Prior to dispatching goods for return, you must contact us by email (please use our Contact form here) to facilitate the process. The returned package should also contain your name, address and the invoice number. Goods returned must be in their original condition in which they were supplied and include all items of the product and its packaging. Goods returned for refund should be sent at your expense to the address which we will notify you by return of your email.

Until the package is received, the goods remain your property and we recommend suitable packaging and an appropriate level of insurance for their return. CR are not liable for any packages lost in transit. Once we have received notification the package has been returned the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Notification of your refund will be sent by email.
